Training or personal coaching above and beyond the Basic Training/Coaching Options described above are subject to the following terms and considerations:

Purchase Personal Coaching/Training Contracts: - Live Person Contact (Priority Queue) – One on One

*If you purchase a Coaching/Training contract the same day that you purchase WorkCenter, you can save 10% off the support plans below.

•  Unlimited 12 month Email Training/Coaching/Support $300.00

•  Rapid response via priority queuing telephone log system - call back estimated 15 minutes

•  Incident call: $59 for up to 10 minutes, $5 per minute in excess of 10 minutes. Credit card authorized for $100 minimum - settled for actual service fee

•  Pre-Paid Coaching/Training/Support Contracts:
A. Minimum call 3/10 hour or 18 minutes - Calls then billed in 6 minute increments or 1/10th of an hour
B. Contracts good for one year from the date of purchase
C. No refunds granted on unused time or purchase of contracts

•  Caller will be issued a SUPPORT CONTRACT ID NUMBER - leave this number when calling in for priority queuing

A. 1 Hour - $150
B. 5 Hours - $600
C. 10 Hours - $1000
