You can export files from your LOS into the Mortgage Coach in vForms. You will need to setup the database connection in vForms before you can export.

Setting up the Database Connection

1. Open vForms.
2. Click on Tools, Options. You will be taken to the vForms Options/Settings screen. You should be on the locations tab.
3. Click on the Add button. A new line will appear at the bottom of the list of database connections.
4. Click in the box under the column View Button.
5. Select the icon you would like the Mortgage Coach database to appear under. Borrowers, Prospects, or Contacts.
6. Click in the box under the second column Source.
7. From the dropdown list select Mortgage Coach.
8. Click in the box under the third column Location.
9. Click on the dropdown arrow in the right corner and browse to where your Mortgage Coach database is located and select it.
10. Click the OK button to finish.

Note: Your database path listed under Location will be different that the one shown above.

Exporting files to Mortgage Coach

1. Open the database you want to export from by clicking on the appropriate icon. (Borrowers, Prospects, or Contacts)
2. Select the file(s) to export.
3. Click on File, Export To, The Mortgage Coach.
