vTip #32 - Downloading returning E.A.R.S. 1003 data into a vForms FNMA database and repopulating the 1003 form using the updated information:

The Professional Edition of vForms allows you to email a 1003 application form to your borrowers or prospects. They can edit this form on line and return these updated changes to you via email by clicking on a submit button created by vForms!

You are presently given two options when this edited 1003 document is returned to you from your borrowers:

  1. Repopulate the edited data into the same form.
  2. Drag and drop this data into a vForms FNMA Database allowing you to import this into your LOS.

1003 application documents should be downloaded into this vForms FNMA database. Other vForm E.A.R.S. files should be downloaded into the vForms Data database - See the vTips #20 and #21.

vTip #19 showed you how to email E.A.R.S. technology forms and documents and vTip #31 gave you the instructions on how to create a FNMA database for downloading data from your returning 1003 E.A.R.S. files. This vTip #32 will show you how to download your returning forms into the vForms FNMA database created in vTip #31 or to repopulate your new data into the original form for printing.
