You now can print or download all of the issued vTips or view short Training video clips covering multiple topics for InterActive vForms (both the Standard and Professional Edition Versions) from our website.

Video training clips located at: Training. vTips located at: vTips. You can access either of these pages from the navigation bar to the left at any time you are on our site.

If you decide to receive the vTips via email. We suggest you establish a folder in your Outlook, Outlook Express, or other email system to store the "vTips" for quick reference.

We will continue to issue additional "vTips" via email and add them and the new "Training Video Clips" to these websites for your quick reference use and viewing covering all topics for the Standard and Professional Editions of InterActive vForms. Training Video Clips:

We have created short video clips on installing and operating InterActive vForms (both the Standard and Professional Editions). You can view these short video clips by going to the website mentioned above and following the instructions on the website. You can also download a current version of Microsoft's windows media player.

Our website uses the Windows Media Player to view these training video clips. When you click on your first training video, you may be prompted to install and run "Microsoft Screen Video Decompressor" (at the prompt select yes and proceed).  Once the Windows Media Player is installed on your computer you will have two options to view the clip or to save it on your computer.

Training Video Clips: There are numerous training video clips available on our website for your viewing.

Option One, View The Training Video Clip:

1. Double click the left top side of your mouse on the selected training video clip.
2. Maximize the screen by clicking on the "Maximize" button on the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. The video will automatically run on your computer.
4. You will notice that in the bottom left hand corner of the Media Screen, you have three icons you can click and perform the following functions: "Play", "Pause", and "Stop".
5. With these icons, you can replay, pause and stop the recording.  These training videos also have a narrative given and if your computer has sound ability, you can listen to the instructions while you watch the video.

Option Two, Saving These Training Video Clips To Your Computer:

1. You can right click your mouse on the title of the training video you wish to save to your computer.
2. Select "Save Target As..." by a left click on your mouse.
3. Select the directory, folder, or desktop location (we suggest you open a separate folder or save these to your desktop) and then go to step 4.
4. Name the file in the "File Name Box" and click OK.
5. Go to the location you saved this file to and double click the file when you want to view this training video.

vTips: You can view, print, or download to your computer all vTips issued:

1. Double click the vTip you wish to view and print. The vTip will appear on your monitor giving you the option to view or print this document.
2. Follow the same procedures as outlined above, click on "File" and then "Save As" to download this vTip to your computer.
