What is E.A.R.S. Technology?

E.A.R.S. Technology was developed by vLoanPort to work specifically with InterActive vForms to assist you in gathering more information from your clients faster than ever before. Your borrowers and clients can now modify InterActive vForms on-line (i.e.1003  loan application or other customized forms from your vForms library of forms) and then instantly email the forms back to you by clicking on a submit button created by vForms.

When you receive the email containing the edited or updated information, you will have three options upon receiving this email data:

1. Drag the emailed data file back into vForms and have your original form re-populated for you to review and print.
2. Drag the emailed data file into an excel database file for you to be able to recap and manipulate this data.
3. Drag the emailed data file into a FNMA format database. You will be able to import this completed data file back into your LOS or contact management software using your LOS or contact management software importing tools.

Email Marketing Campaigns:
Email marketing campaigns can now be designed and run by using  the multiple email merging features of vForms Professional. Simply design an RTF marketing letter (see vTips # 13, #14, and #15 covering RTF auto-populating email messages or letters) and select multiple contacts from your database programs and click on the "Send" or email icon. The selected RTF marketing email message will be automatically populated with the data from your borrower or contact and appear on your computer monitor giving you the ability to email these messages.

Excel Spreadsheets and Chart Reporting:
You now have the ability to select multiple contacts in your LOS and contact management software systems and download this database information into an excel spreadsheet for you to better manage the data to enhance your business marketing and management tools.

vTips #17 and #18 explain how to email Active vForms to borrowers and clients and retrieve their edited and updated data for downloading back into an excel format or FNMA format which will allow you to import this data back into your LOS systems.
