Randy is the President, CEO and co-founder of vForms, a software development and technical service provider for the mortgage and financial planning industries since 2000.  vForms’ products have been recognized nationally by The Mortgage Press, Mortgage Originator, Mortgage Technology and other industry publications.

Randy has personally owned, operated and sold three mortgage brokerage/banking companies covering all types of financing, including FHA Direct, VA Automatic with LAPP approval, FNMA/FHLMC seller-servicer, subprime and hard-money lending operations.  There is not an area in the mortgage banking or brokerage arena that Randy has not been personally involved with during his 30+ years in the industry. 

Having held a NASDQ series 7, 3 and 69 licenses, Randy has traded over One Billion Dollars in mortgage-backed securities and 30 year US Treasury bonds.  He was also instrumental in generating and bringing to market one of the first CMOs (Collateralized Mortgage Obligations) in the State of Washington.

With over 30 years of progressive financial and management experience specializing in service industries with particular emphasis in mortgage banking/brokerage, Randy has also overseen related arenas including credit, collections, escrow, appraisal and mortgage franchising. He has been a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Washington since 1974. He has consulted with numerous companies regarding all significant aspects of financing and organizational management and opportunities, contact management and CRM solutions, mortgage warehouse lending, business plan development and installation, capital infusion, SEC and legal issues, IPO considerations, cash management, equity and debt markets investing, and day-to-day business management and operations.
